These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Lockwood Avenue, both through our physical stores and online channels. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
When placing an order, whether in our physical store or online, you agree to the prices, product availability, and any applicable shipping costs at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason without explanation.
We accept payments via various methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods listed on our website. In our stores and on Lockwood-Avenue.com, payments are processed through Mollie, ensuring secure payment options.
All payments are securely processed using SSL encryption. For each order, you will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been successfully completed.
We strive to ship all orders within the indicated time. External factors such as transportation delays, unforeseen weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may impact delivery times.
For customers in Belgium and the Netherlands, 99% of orders are delivered the next day, provided the order is placed on time. The shipping times shown during checkout are indicative only; no rights can be derived from these estimates.
The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon delivery.
If a package is automatically returned due to an incorrect address or a missing name on the mailbox or doorbell, we offer the following options:
If you refuse a delivery or fail to pick up your order from a pick-up point, the package will automatically be returned. The refund will be reduced by the return costs (which may be higher than standard shipping fees), plus an administrative processing fee of 15% of the total order value.
For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties, clearance fees, import taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your local regulations for more information.
Items purchased in our physical store by consumers can be returned or exchanged for another product or a gift card within 7 days. Cash refunds are not available. For business customers, see Article 5.4.
For online purchases by consumers, a 30-day return period applies, except for products listed under Article 5.3. You may choose to return your item via our return portal or bring it personally to our store. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original order. For business customers, see Article 5.4.

Nike SB Dunks and Launch products purchased online can only be returned within the legally required 14-day period. After this period, returns are no longer possible.
Business customers are not entitled to the statutory 14-day withdrawal period as consumers are. Returns are only accepted if contractually agreed upon in writing before the order is placed or in the event of a manufacturing defect. Before placing the order, all return procedures and costs will be agreed upon. Return requests made after the order without a pre-agreed return right will not be accepted.
Business customers must return the product at their own cost unless otherwise agreed in the contractual terms. This policy strictly applies to resellers, particularly for products such as Nike SB Dunks and Launch products, to prevent misuse of the return policy.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names appearing on our services are the property of their respective owners. The content of our services, including text, images, and videos, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any visible damage or quality defects of a product, or other defects upon delivery, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your rights.
For consumers, the legal warranty applies as defined by the law of 21 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures and applies for two years from the date of purchase.
For business customers, a 6-month warranty applies. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and material failures. Normal wear and tear, improper use, or modifications to the product are not covered under the warranty. Lockwood Avenue reserves the right to repair or replace defective products.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes arising from agreements covered by these terms will be submitted to the competent courts in Antwerp, Belgium.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled after being placed. For returns, see Article 5.
After placing an order, invoices and shipping addresses cannot be changed. Please ensure all details are correct at the time of ordering.
